The Ridge League of Cities congratulates Auburndale Communications Manager Josh Starr on being selected as one of five Public Service Pathways Scholarship winners.  The Florida League of Cities established the program to empower future civic leaders by offering up to five $5,000 scholarships for students considering impactful careers in public sector work.  Josh is seeking a master’s degree in public administration from the University of South Florida and is currently serving as president of the USF ICMA Student Chapter.  In addition, Josh takes most all the photos for the RLC website, including at all of our Membership Dinners.  Congratulations Josh!
